Nuneaton Bedworth

Leanne Carter Company Director

I am a local lady who has lived in Nuneaton all my life. Having been an Estate Agent in the area for 19 years I have gained a wealth of experience of the industry during this time. I have a genuine passion for property and pride myself on high standards of customer care and service. I have worked for both independent and corporate agents which has given me the knowledge and understanding of how the sales and lettings process works. I have sold and let many houses over the years and have dealt with many recurring customers during this time.

Carters is going from strength to strength and I am delighted with the fantastic team and their achievements with winning the title Best Estate Agent in Nuneaton 2017 at the Prestigious British Property Awards.

Michael Gilders Company Director

Originally from Oxford, I moved to the Nuneaton area on meeting the love of my life. A qualified locksmith by trade I was originally drafted in temporarily to assist in the ever fast growing business now in charge of the lettings department. In my spare time if I am not watching local rugby of which we are proud sponsors for Nuneaton Old Edwardians RFC I will be enjoying long country walks with my springer spaniel dog Harry

Jason Peters Valuation Manager

I am a local man being born and bred in Nuneaton and have worked in the property industry as an estate agent for some 28 years for both the leading Corporate and Independent firms in the area during my career. I am also fully qualified Estate Agent having gained the Certificate Of Property Management through the College Of Estates Management and also a Fellow Member of the National Association Of Estate Agents. When I am not busy selling houses I’m busy as a taxi driver ferrying my three fabulous kids around. I like to relax by going on countryside walks with my wife Rachel and our beloved West Highland Terrier Alfie. I am also an avid sports fan and particularly like football supporting the best team in the land of Liverpool.

Steve James Senior Negotiator/Valuer

In the two decades in which I have worked in estate agency in the Midlands, I have developed a varied range of skills and I am dedicated to using my experience to help guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties.

Out of work I share my life beyond Carters with my long-suffering wife and a menagerie of pets, four wonderful grandchildren and my wider family circle and friends.

I enjoy sampling the occasional craft beer (in line with strict health guidelines), watching live music of all genres’ and exploring the great outdoors.

I have also achieved the heady heights of Z list ‘celebrity’ having in the past taken part in a rock opera in my teens, played guitar (badly) in a youth club band and been an ‘extra’ in an obscure (straight to DVD) drama series!

Annie Longmuir Property Advisor

I started my estate agency career with Carters as an apprentice 2 years ago and have since been learning all aspects of the industry from the experienced team around me. My current role is specialising in sales progression, making sure all vendors and buyers are fully up to date and have the most guidance possible with the biggest purchase of their lives. Outside of work I enjoy nothing more than dancing the night away with my friends and spending time with my family. I also like to keep up to date with football and support a decent team unlike my colleague Jason.

Wayne Davey Lettings Manager

Born in Aldershot, Hampshire and dragged around most of the schools in Europe by the military I finally settled into Nuneaton life some seventeen years ago. Having been in the property industry for 10 years, working for successful local Independent Estate Agents and dealing with both sales and lettings. My working day now revolves around Lettings and property management, dealing with every angle of lettings industry including tenants, landlord and maintenance.

In my spare time when I’m not being used as a climbing frame and jungle gym for my wonderful 2-year-old son Ethan and trying to be a textbook husband, you will find me sampling some of the finer liquids that life has to offer (Beer) and watching the only real sport this country can be proud of Rugby.
