I have been an Estate Agent in the Nuneaton and Bedworth area for over 20 years and during this time I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry. I have a genuine passion for property and pride myself on high standards of customer care and service. I have worked for both independent and corporate agents which has given me the knowledge and understanding of how the sales and lettings process works. I have sold and let many houses over the years and have dealt with many recurring customers during this time. Carters is going from strength to strength and I am delighted with the fantastic team and their achievements with winning the titles Best Estate Agent in Nuneaton 2017 at the Prestigious British Property Awards and Best Letting Agents in Nuneaton 2018/2019. We are also the only agent in Nuneaton to have been voted EXCEPTIONAL in The Best Estate Agency Guide 2017/2018, 2018/2019

Clare Quick Guild Associate Sales Negotiator

I am relatively new to the Estate Agency industry, starting at Carters in May 2018.  During that time I have gained some invaluable experience in property sales.  I can honestly say it is great meeting so many different people every day and have built up some great relationships with a lot of the vendors and buyers during my time. I have lived in Nuneaton for 15 years and doing this job I have been to areas of the town that I never knew even existed!   Prior to my current role I enjoyed 20 years working in the recruitment industry, which in many ways has many similarities in the day to day challenges and pressures of estate agency, so I feel I have slotted in very quickly and easily to my new role.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family and love eating out….and maybe the odd glass of wine too!

Julie Hiscox Sales and Lettings Advisor

I have worked in the Estate Agency industry for a little over 4 years and I have gained a wealth of experience in both sales and lettings through working for local independent agents.  I have lived in Nuneaton all my life and as such I have a thorough understanding of both the local area and market.  I greatly enjoy the challenges that my job brings and it is a pleasure to meet such a wide variety of people on a daily basis.

In my spare time I enjoy horse riding; spending time with my husband and friends at The Old Edwardians RFC and visiting our Son, as often as we can, who is away studying at University.

I’m a local man who has spent all my 30 years living in areas across Nuneaton.  I’m relatively new to the industry however I have a background of working with the public and in sales, so I pride myself with my skillset for customer services. I believe this is paramount in my role, for building strong relations with all our new and existing landlords, tenants and contractors. In my first few months of being with Carters, I’m proud to say I’m a Winner of a very prestigious award and have won gold, for Best Lettings Agent in Nuneaton 2018-2019.  In my spare time I like to keep fit to compensate my eating habits, I’m a keen runner, you’ll most likely see me running through your neighbourhood.   Also, I frequently go and spectate on cold Saturday afternoons supporting my brother who’s plays locally at Nuneaton Old Edwardians Rugby Club.
